What is Gelling Guar?

Gelling Guar is our innovation, a structurally modified guar gum designed to mimic the functionality of Locust Bean Gum (LBG) while delivering enhanced versatility. This unique modification allows it to be used across a wide range of applications as a cost-effective and reliable alternative to LBG.
When used standalone, it provides exceptional thickening for both food and non-food formulations.
When used in combination with Carrageenan or Xanthan Gum, Gelling Guar significantly boosts gel strength and imparts a slight elastic texture, opening new possibilities for texture engineering in both food and non-food formulations. From dairy and desserts to personal care gels, it provides a consistent, high-performance solution.
